Geocache Description:


Quick Dash from the car in the vacinity of Rosskeen  Parish church.

It is well worth taking some time to look around the church and kirkyard.

The main building was built in 1832 and is now disused.  There is also the ruinsof a thirteenth or fourteenth century building which is used as a burial ailse.  The kirkyard contains numerous service graves from both world wars and from the times when the Home Fleet was based in the Cromarty Firth as well as a grave slab with a calvary cross and longsword.


The cache is situated on one of four bridges.

2 Road bridges over the River.

A Rail bridge over the River and over the Road.

Parking in the nearby layby outside Rosskeen church.

Cache is a black 35m container.
