This is a "Bring Your Own Pen" cache.
The cache is in a parking lot next to a seminary building. Between a school and an office building. Be careful of the time you are there. Best time to come is early morning, or late evening, or weekends, but it is accessible any time.
I found this container out geocaching. I thought I could put it to better use.
