Extending the desert caches. Many roads into this one. Some will take you right to it. Some will make you park and walk, which may cause your search to take over an hour. Can be a little wet in the winter and dry and desolate in the summer. Choose wisely oh desert traveller.
Main road is bumpy but traversible in any vehicle. Depending on the secondary road chosen, you may drive right to the spot or may have to park and hike up to a half mile but can continue on hard pack road, puddles in the winter, thus the 3 rating on terrain. 4X4, ATV, motorcycle, bicycle, or foot is an easy travel. In the summer, snake potential, but have never seen one out there in 3 years. Watch for deer--have seen herds up to 20 head within 50 yards of the spot. Lots of goodies in this one for kids and adults! Enjoy the fine sand and feel free to pick up any shotgun shell casings the muggles may have left behind and take out with you.
