Flashlight required Traditional Cache

Cache is located West of Hinckley. The Terrain is flat, but inaccessable to a wheel chair. There is no need to go inside the fence. You will need a flashlight or be lucky, and it helps to be fairly tall. I put a nice gift for the FTF.
