THE ABOVE COORDINATES ARE NOT PRECISE. YOU WILL NEED TO SOLVE THE PUZZLE. I have had many "suggestions" that the terrain rating is under-valuated. I am editing this one and changing the terrain level.
Look for the 14th and 15th in order to fill in the last three digits of the north (14th) and the west (15th) coordinates.
I had been looking for a way to get up here and finally happened upon the road. There are a couple of ways in but one is much shorter than the other. The road is sorta steep and fairly narrow. I wouldn't bring the sedan and I might not do it after a big rain. Bring a cache to hide because this is "virgin" territory. Please place the cache back the way you found it and don't steal second.
