North Downs Mega Ramble: Willis Multi-Cache
tjapukai: Several caches in this series were archived some time ago. Recently, the starter cache was archived before I could work out a way to rework (into a digital form) the complex clue info it originally contained in physical form. For me, physical clue info in cache boxes is best avoided as it is always getting removed/wet/degraded/lost. This was a very tricky reworking as I need to force searchers to go on an interesting walk to find the info for this cache and now unfortunately, unlike when the cache was first set, the info can be googled.

A cache series for those who love long walks in beautiful woodland. In this series, there are eleven caches in total. As the Ashes are coming up, I named each arbitrarily after a player from my personal top England cricket X1 (selected from the players I have watched since seeing my first test in 1968).
The cache is not at the published location, which is for a reasonably close-by rail link.
First, you need to find North Downs Mega Ramble: Boycott and retrieve the instructions from that cache. By following those instructions you will be able to collect number values for a whole series of letters. Gathering the numbers for the letters involves an interesting and historic walk of 2.5 hours or so. These letters are used to specify the coordinates of the other 10 caches in the series, including this one (Willis).
Willis is hidden at:-
N 51 14.(Q-249) W 000 26.(N+G-U-2)(Y/2)(W+M)
A definition of Q can be found in Gough; Y can be found in Flintoff.
All the caches in this series are hidden very close to a footpath, bridleway or byway. Please use the trails to move between the caches, do not bushwhack your way cross-country. Nothing in the cache title (eg batting order) should be taken to suggest a preferred route between the caches. Once you have all the letters, the walk to collect all 10 of the caches will take a further 4 hours or so.
