Geocache Description:

This cache is for the expressed purpose of viewing, exchanging, and discovering coins! TBs are welcome too but coins is the goal. Due to recent discussion about Geocoin or TB Prisons - I am revising the guidelines for this Emporium! All I ask is that you take the time to be specific about what you take or leave in the log and make sure to log your coins and/or TBs on line in their trackable page.

Maine’s First Geocoin Emporium and Trading Post! If you do not have coins or TBs, you are still welcome to visit and sign the log. If you take the coins or TBs - please be specific in the cache log about what you have taken. Also please make sure to log them on line as soon as possible.

Once you have dropped off or picked up coins or TBs please sign them in/out as promptly as possible. If you are unsure how to log coins or TBs on GC.com please email me for directions rather than not logging them. Your understanding and coorperation is appreciated.

My thanks to ACE226 of New Brunswick Canada for being willing to share his graphics (used with permission) and expertise with his cache, which is similar (GCVM3V). This is what Geocaching is all about!

Geocoins are a fast growing part of Geocaching and are moved daily to different caches around the world. They come in many different types and sizes, many having their own icon. This cache is a place to place or find geocoins.

It should be a quick park 'n grab. This cache has been placed with the permission of the land owners (Orrington Rod & Gun Club). Please do not block their road, if you encounter any members of the club thank them. Questions about this area, please ask them or email me. Please use stealth in your approach and if approached in winter make many tracks - as we would not want this to be muggled. It is my hope that this will be a fun cache for all who enjoy Geocoins.

Please only place or launch Geocoins from this cache. Signature Items, Geopins and TBs are also welcome. This is a small ammo box which has been camoed - please rehide exactly as found so this does not get muggled. Please NO swag in this cache. Visitors are encouraged to log their personal coins & TBs in and out of the cache.

You are welcome to leave "Where's George Dollars" in exchange too!

If you visit and find/take coins which have not yet been logged into the cache kindly allow at least 12 hours for the person who left them to be able to log them. Grabbing them changes the mileage. Be patient - they will probably be logged soon. Thank you for understanding.
