Busy area, limited parking, please be careful!

This cache is located very near water, but I would not use it to make this "joe". There is a small pull out across the street, but the street is VERY busy, so beware.
Inside you will find the usual swag, a log, and pen. FTF may take something without replacing it. The container is not camoflaged. Let's see how long it lasts.
