Geocache Description:

Oden Kemp was the 11th Mayor of Hampstead from 1973 to 1979. This Park was built in his honor and includes a basketball court and playground. Oden Kemp Town Center Park is located on West Street just off Route 30 near the intersection of Route 482. Easy access is gained by turning off Rt 30 as if going to the Post Office on Houck Avenue. Parking is available directly at the Park and within a few yards of the cache.

There can be high muggle traffic at times in and around the Park. Quite often though, there is usually no one around. This cache will require “stealth” during your search and find which will be evident upon visiting the site.

To use the Hint encrypted below, you will need to find out:

One of the Mayors, who were in Office at the Turn of His Century, has a color in his name that will decrease your search area.

Once obtained, visit the site or view the attached photo ahead of time and have fun on your quest.

You are searching for a small glue stick wrapped in duck tape.
