In the Heartland Traditional Cache
Ma n Pa: After we got the last note, we checked on the cache and it is missing. There are signs of a beer party in the area, and since the location has been muggled and no longer secure, we decided to archive this old cache instead of replacing the container a third time. It has had a good run since it was begun by Itchy and Scratchy years ago.

In the Heartland of Central Illinois
We, Itchy and Scratchy, just got back into caching after a two year break. I thought it was time for a full size, family friendly cache in the area. The cache is located in the lake area adjacent to Heartland Community College. Initial cache contents include something for everyone. It is very well stocked. There is something for kids, adults, and even the geo-dog. Let’s try and keep it one of the nicer caches in the area.
Parking is available in the south-east lot next to the college, or in the back lot of the Cornbelter's stadium if there is no game. The lake is usually a good spot to see blue and green herons, many varieties of ducks, Canadian geese, Killdeer, and many other migrating birds. Please always practice cache in trash out.
With the new ball field, this cache is no longer suitable for strollers.
This cache might be a good one to drop off your travel bugs.
