it has been heavly camouflaged please be sure lid is on tight when
you leave. The cords should be close but it is a narrow steep run.

Roney's Point was somewhat of a gathering place for college and
high school students. before they cracked down on trespassers. The
TB center was also used as a state insane asylum. The structure was
being used up until around 1976, when half of the center burned
down. People have reported strange occurrences inside the building.

orr family were buried
EDITED 12/11/2006 Here is a bit more of the background history
on. The Roney's Point Aslyum. I have been trying to figure out a
way to place a cache in this area while tying in the history of the
grounds on up the road. This is a fascinating area. LOTS and LOTS
of local history here. Too bad it is now owned by the county and it
is all a "No Tresspassing" zone. I spent several hours snooping
around here, years ago, back before you weren't allowed. This was
once the county poor farm, and before that it belonged to one of
the local brewerys."
