Geocache Description:

There is a little village on the eastern part of Heves-county, called Nagyvisnyo. Next to the railway station, you can find the Mihalovics-mine. It's famous for the black chalk that is quite a rare kind of rock in Hungary. The black colour is caused by the bitumen-content of the chalk. Careful cachers can also find 300 million years old fossils of sea-shells, corals and echinite.
