Geocache Description:

Another quick smiley in downtown Atlanta. Easy to find but difficult to get to undetected.

GPS was bouncy so I averaged 6 sets of co-ords. Cache is not in the park, but it is on the park side of the street. Muggle times can be high and police like to park next to the cache.
Small cache so BYOP.
