Tri-go's Totally Tubular Tailgaiting Time...Take 2 Event Cache

It's that time of year again. The last of the relatives finally left, the fruit cakes have been boxed and tagged for next year, and the last of the streamers in your yard from your neighbor's New Years party are covered in snow. So what should we do? Why go tubing of course! Last year's event was such a success that TheSnoZone has agreed to allow us full access to the tubing park privately.That's right. NO MUGGLES!

The event will be held from 9am to 1 pm on Sunday January 14th. We have been given the group discount of $11a person. These fees are stictly for tubing. It is free to come enjoy and watch while you socialize. But seriously, who doesn't want to go tubing. Based on last year's attendance in the rain filled night, we have reserved 50 spots. I am sure we will have an even larger turnout this year. Several things will remain the same while some others will be new. We will once again have the tubing races. We will have a sign up sheet for this BEFORE the event. We will also have the Yellow Snow Eating Contest for the kids. I will start stocking up on the "supplies" for this one now. We will be naming the newest Grand Appenger and handing down the trophy and title. We have begun accepting donations for door prizes and awards for contests. Feel free to email me with any game ideas as well as donations for prizes. We will once again have someone in charge of TB's and coins. I am proud to say we had no TBs lost or left in the event last year and we plan to do the same this year. Please post the number of people attending here so we can make proper plans with the facility. Place this on your watchlist and I will post a note when things are updated.

Prior to the event, please go to their site and print the waiver form. Showing up with the form filled out and signed will save us all time, which leaves more time for tubing.

We have been fortunate enough to have a member of our group step up and create shirts for the group. Eric of teamovcacher will be taking orders for shirts. We have received many great donations for door prizes from various companies that per Groundspeak rules we can not show here. We can and do thank them here though.
