Geocache Description:

The Dot Club

We decided to start a simple little "club," just for the fun of it.  It won't cost you anything to join, there are no meetings to attend, and anyone who wants to join, can do so just by finding this cache, and getting their very own DOT!  The Dot Club

Here's how it works.  We've hidden a geocache somewhere out in the woods.  When you find it, there will be a log book, a few small tradable items, and, THE DOT!  Open "THE DOT," and inside you will find lots of smaller "dots."  Take one, and you're a member of "The Dot Club!"  The Dot Club   Wasn't "Dot" simple?

So, what are the benifits of this little club?  You get to enjoy a short walk in the woods, you get to find a geocache, and you get to have fun doing it.  Not to mention that you now have your very own Dot!  The Dot Club  What more could anyone possibly want?

From the Hendersonville area, take Hwy 64E out to Edneyville, and turn right onto Gilliam Mtn. Rd.  Follow it to the end, and turn left onto Sugarloaf Mtn. Rd.  Stay on Sugarloaf Mtn. Rd. (It makes a left turn at Worlds Edge Rd.) until the paved road turns to gravel. You will be just about at the parking coordinates, and less than 100' from the cache.  You will follow what appears to be the remains of an old logging road up for a very short distance, then follow your GPS to a natural hidey hole.  The cache container is a 6" square Tupperware™ type container with a rather tight fitting lid.  Remember, "THE DOT" container stays with the cache- please don't take it with you.  Open it, and take one of the dots inside.  Please be sure to reseal the container completely, and rehide it well before you leave.  Thanks.

Enjoy the ride, enjoy the scenery, enjoy finding the cache, and don't forget to take a DOT!
