Interesting Location for a lookout over Dover's North End. You can take in some great sunsets and neon lights or spy the busy Miracle Mile. I used to walk the dog here way back when, but now it's a tough place to get to. Parking is going to be a challenge. You'll find various trails, some that will take you close to your destination and others that will that will take you to other interesting sights. The final destination requires some bush whacking.
