Where the cache is hidden is not hard terrain however if you decide to go on the small trails to look at the view easier than it is more steep terrain.
The cache is a large clip lock container with many items to swap out. It is in the main area so beware Muggles. Placed here for those of us with little ones. From the main stop near the falls its a short 1/2 min walk to the viewing platform for the falls which has a beautiful pathway down to the bottom which only takes 30 minutes. There is also apparently another set of falls down a longer track 1.7km. There is picnic tables, toilets and camping allowed with a fee.
Please Note - RTA are now working on the hway until Christmas 2008. If travelling from Glen Innes to this cache you will have no problems. However travelling from Grafton, the hway will be closed Monday-Friday 9am to 3pm except public and school holidays. Please be aware of this if going to this cache from Grafton.
