Geocache Description:

A Family Fun New Year's Eve Celebration with family and friends.

We have reserved a nice sized building at the local Boy Scout Camp on Swimming Pool Rd just off State Route 343 between Clifton and Yellow Springs. Bring the entire family to celebrate the New Year. We have some night caches planned for both kids and adults, a carry in dinner, games and movies for everyone and of course lots of geocaching stories to swap.

Instead of sitting at home and doing nothing - stop on by to celebrate 2006 caching accomplishments and set your 2007 goals.
Start time 6:00 pm - Meet and Greet
7:00 pm - eat
8:00 pm - night caches

Movies and games all thoughout the evening.
Midnight - Welcome in the New Year!!!!

More details will come as we get things finalized. Please let us know if your coming and how many in your party. This is a family event on a Boy Scout Campground - so please respect the area.

If anyone is interested in coming to the event and spending the night in a cabin please contact me ASAP. Cabins range from rustic cabins with wood burning stoves and outhouses to cabins with heat and bathrooms. The rate varies alot depending on your needs. I need to book the cabins by Dec 15 and collect the money. John Bryon State Park next door has a primative campground with a few electric sites if you have a Class A camper. For those choosing to stay overnight we will also provide breakfast. I need to have a RSVP, even if a maybe I'll come, by Dec. 26 so I can order related supplies.

**** UPDATE December 1,2006 ***
We are planning to have 3 or 4 new permanent caches in the general area.
