The cache is not located at the above coords, but it is close by.
Electric trains carting huge payloads of coal from the Bown Basin are a common sight in Central Queensland, though I think this wagon's days of hauling coal are well and truely finished.
While the cache isn't at the above location, you should be able to see what you are looking for from here. It is wheelchair accessible, therefore you do not need to climb up or in the wagon to find the cache.
Seeing as though most of the stuff that these things carry heads this way, a China geocoin is the prize for the FTF.
