Out driving in the vast deser, come around a corner and what is in the middle of the road... Slamed on the brakes and wham! It seemed like I hit him hard, but all it did was push my bumper in slightly. I think I was more shook up then he was. He just walked off afterward. He had a huge set of antlers. Too dark to take a picture. Cache is an ammo just off the side of the road. I guess watch out for elk around here.
