phenixcachers: Archiving for several reasons.
1. Too much of a hassle to keep it maintained.
2. My lack of interest in keeping it maintained.
3. Since its an old cache, it has pretty much ran its "caching course" anyways.
4. The best reason of all-----is that by me archiving it, this opens up this area for possible new caches from anyone who wants to place them here!

Geocache Description:

Located at Willard City Park.
Park hours are from 5 A.M. to 11 P.M.
Wheelchair accessible until you get right up next to the cache hiding spot/object.

**PLEASE NOTE**
You do NOT have to remove the cache container on this one!!
ONLY retrieve the log paper.
Here is the proper way to retrieve the log out of the container. (a little tricky, but not impossible)...

By using your index finger and thumb, firmly grab the end of the container. And with your other index finger and thumb, unscrew the cap/lid.
PLEASE use BOTH hands like i just described.
Because if you simply pull on the container and try to pull it off--it WILL eventually break free from the "object" that it is FIRMLY attached to.
I spent quite a bit of time securing the container to the "object"..so please do NOT remove the container, and use the exact method i described in retreiving the log from the container.

Make sure the cap is back on securely to keep out water.

Please use EXTREME stealth..muggles can be around you sometimes in all directions!!!

Dont forget your pen/pencil!

2-Star difficulty rating is based on cleverness, and the tricky way to retrieve log (as i mentioned above--in full detail)
