Swampy parts, you may want to bring boots. Flat terrain. No
Trespassing signs are for adjacent property.
$1 for first visitor. Traveling bug inside. As far as it being a
Wetland; EXECUTIVE ORDER EO 89-10 (PROTECTION OF
WETLANDS)(www.digitalarchives.wa.gov/governorlocke/eo/eoarchive/eo89-10.htm),
section (G) allows for a wetland to "provide readily accessible
outdoor biophysical laboratories, living classrooms and training
and educational resources." I feel, especially with children, that
this proves all too relevant for this Geocache. Geocachers tend to
be a respectful group, and they deserve to see this beautiful
environment, created as a parking lot catchment basin in 1994. The
Private Property signs are for The SHAG Apartments on the East, and
a private developer on the West. The geocache is respectfully
placed at the end of a well-worn path.
