The cache is a 1 litre plastic container wrapped up in a
plastic bag.
The above co-ordinates place you in the general vicinity of the cache but not at ground zero. For that you need to
solve the puzzle below.
Due to the loss of the (in)famous John Howard geocoin, which was required to solve the puzzle to find this cache, there is now a new puzzle. Any logs prior to December 2010 are the result fo the finders having access to the coin. Any logs from December 2010 onwards are due to the new puzzle.
Parliament House in Canberra really is a great building. If you haven't been there, you should if you get the chance. The person which this cache is named after, spent much time here working. The following questions are all related to this building.
The answer to each question becomes a digit needed to complete the co-ordinates.
