Calling all cachers to participate in a Grand New Year's Eve
Extravaganza. What could possibly be more grand than a cookout in
the back yard or more extravagant than Hot Dogs? If we hit
the lottery between now and New Years Eve, we may even throw a few
Brats on the barbie (that's Brats as in yummy midwestern style
sausages, not unruly neighbor children).
We will begin serving the cooked animal at precisely 6:00PM
(IST). We'll have a campfire going so even if it's a tad on the
chilly side, we should be comfy in the back yard. Chairs are
limited, so if you want to be sure to have one, please bring your
own.
No need to bring any food. We'll have cooked animal, side dishes
(chips are a side dish, right?) and soft drinks for all. New Years
Eve style noisemakers might come in handy, so bring them if you
have them.
A word about that popular New Years Eve pastime - Alcohol. We
will not be providing alcoholic beverages, though we may indulge in
some red wine ourselves. However, attendees are welcome to bring
their own, as long as moderation and good judgement are used. A
word of caution, there may be some driving involved in the
evening's activities, so anyone drinking should arrange to ride
with someone who is not.
