Geocache Description:


The town of Essex, New York is on the Historical Registry, and is a nice place to walk around in. There's not much to do there in the off season, but it's a beautiful town with some wonderful old buildings. You can catch a ferry boat ride every hour or half-hour, depending on the time of day or year. This is a log only, so bring your own pen. Winter time seeking might be tough to do.
