Well folks, it is about time to wrap this thing up.
So on January 27th, 2006 starting at 5:00 P.M., let us all meet at the Bend Bowman club.
One year ago, I laid out a simple plan for finding a cache in each county in Oregon.
That plan went to heck in a hand basket right fast.
So now, we will all sit around some tables, drink a little, eat some fine food and swap a few stories about geocaching.
This will be a potluck party and will be at the Bend Bowman building at the above posted coordinates.
Several if not most of you have been here before so it should not be to hard to find again.
Let us start arriving at 5:00 P.M. to set things up, spread the tables for the food and get the place warmed up.
Then we will start serving food at 6:00 P.M., serve heck, you will have to get your own as I am not waiting on anyone. Well, maybe Red, but thats it.
Then at 7:00 P.M. we will get the presentations started for prizes to the winners. And a few other prizes are possible if I can get Red to spring for them.
Also, I would like to have another Cache exchange so bring one and we will try and get a few more out there to hunt. It will be a 30/45 trade. We will draw names to see who gets which cache and then you will have 30 days and a 45 mile radius from the Bend Bowman building to place your cache.
NO MICRO caches!!
Now for the details.
Dinner will be a pot-luck affair, where everyone attending will bring a food item for the rest to share. Everyone is to bring their own favorite beverages (yes, alcohol is encouraged!), as well as plates, utensils, cups, etc. Depending on the first letter of your screen name (for example, Shotgun & Peashooter would be an S), bring the following type of food dish for the pot-luck dinner:
A-F: Bring a dessert item
G-L: Bring a bread or salad item
M-R: Bring a Vegetable dish
S-Z: Bring a main dish
Anyone that wants to bring more than one food item,

NOTE:
As of 12/6/06 I have been informed there is a requsted donation of $1 per person at this location. To cover some cost I would expect. We will chip in the first $20.00.
