Geocache Description:


Welcome to Old Town Novato. This area has gone through some nice changes in the last couple of years and it's nice to see more activity down here. Across Grant Ave to the North is the old Novato Bank building. The streets were just dirt when it was built.(check out benchmark JTO791 on it's face).

In the opposite direction at the corner of Delong is the former Novato City Hall which began life as the first Presbyterian church in town. It was originally built in 1896 and has just undrgone a renovation to become the new City Council chambers.
Oh yeah, the cache. It's a micro and it's right there if you open your eyes. It's a log only cache and PLEASE PUT IT BACK JUST AS YOU FOUND IT. THANKS!!
