Geocache Description:

Motorway Mayhem/Madness caches are intended to provide fairly easy drive-by caches together with useful “just-off” motorway information for travellers who are in need of a break or seek alternatives to the typical motorway service station type fare and prices. It is hoped this series and concept will grow as other cachers add further caches along the length and breadth of Britain’s Motorways..

Just off junction 30 of the M1. This cache is one in a series of caches designed to give you a break on a journey down the M1. This cache is a cache-and-dash, located just outside the village of Barlborough. From the motorway, take the exit towards Barlborough and head towards McDonalds. There is a layby on a bridge over the motorway suitable for parking. Whilst in the area, why not visit Yorkypudding and Ageinghippy's Motorway Mayhem M1 Junction 30 cache too! Btw, if you have time turn around and admire the better view!
