Two "and a half" step multi micro, that will teach a bit of history. Bring your own pencil! Thx to Grand Hi Pobah for this idea!
This cache can be done with a "relatively" short walk (.17 mile) of only a few blocks. The distance and difficulty will not have you crying "UNCLE", until you return home and do the research to satisfy your historical curiousity about what exactly you have seen here!
Stage 1. You are at the gates to a castle. Louise and Walter lived here a long time ago. Reports have been made of sightings of a bi-plane on the grounds. Note the numerical address. Subtract 3005 from this number to obtain xxxx. Proceed to Step 2 at N39.4x.xxx , W104 54.476
Step 2. Louise's ashes were laid to rest here in 1934. Add up all of the digits shown in the "Year Founded" and "Year Annexed", into a single value. The cache is that many feet west of where you are standing!
