A little cache with big league dreams.
Did you ever play in a sport, and dream of one day playing in the big leagues? Dream about meeting the heros of your sport? Have cards and posters of them, follow their every game, keep track of their stats? This cache is in an area where the kids who follow hockey spend a lot of their time.
The above coordinates will not take you to the cache. They're Mickey Redmond and Slava Kozlov, respectively.
To find the cache, you need to determine the number used by the following players when they played with the Detroit Red Wings. (I don't think there should be any confusing multiple numbers, if so use the most recent one.) You will need to add spaces and decimals as appropriate, and use the number as it would have appeared on the jersey.
North: Mark Howe, Slava Fetisov, Steve Yzerman, Chris Chelios (or Bob Probert, for those who watch the game for it's grace and beauty) and Nick Lidstrom.
West: Petr Klima, Dan Cleary (or Shawn Burr), Dominik Hasek, and Mr Hockey himself, Gordy Howe.
