Parking isn't the greatest here, park as far off the side of the road for safety reasons. Relatively easy hike to the cache - watch the rocks.
I have put a couple geocoins in this cache - if you have one to exchange, that's great. If you don't have one to exchange, please don't take the coins - just record the number on the coin and log that you 'Discovered' the coin in the cache.
Lots of history in the little town of Rowena beginning with its name - Rowena was the heoine in Sir Walter Scott's novel "Ivanhoe".
If you check out the attached web page (visit link) and follow the link you will discover that Two of the world's tallest structures are near Rowena: the 609.6 metre high KDLT Tower, and the slightly shorter KELO TV Tower. Small town but big towers. I can still remember when the KELO tower was hit by an airplane.
