MarshallOD: This has always been one of my favorite cache placements, sitting high above the "Magic Bridge," offering great views of upper Folsom Lake. Had a very nice walk with Leo today, to pick up our "Potable Water" cache first, then take the easy trail over to here.

Geocache Description:

This cache is dedicated to Don Stoye, the first cacher I met "on the trail." We met on the other side of Folsom Lake on January 8th, 2006, while finding Magic Trees 2.

Since then, I have met Don on the trail many other times and we teamed up to find Odlaw's Treasure Map. Each time, I always learn about new places to enjoy caching or hiking, like this beautiful access point to the Folsom Lake State Recreation Area. As you find this cache, I hope you'll recall those cachers who have guided your way to scenic places and fond adventures.

The cache is a cammoed soup container hidden in plain site.
