SEWdaugh: The permit for this cache expired December 1st so it's time to pull it. I went to retrieve the cache today and finally found it far from its original location. The parks did some work in this area and I think one of the workers may have moved the cache.

The cache has been completely removed.

Thanks to all who found this cache, our FIRST cache, and thanks to the Wayne County Parks for assisting us!

Geocache Description:

NOTE: 4-1-07: There is a letterbox within feet of this cache. The name of the letterbox is "The Sun Shines" and it contains a stamp log, stamp & inkpad. Our cache is in a black container with a MiGO sticker inside the lid. We had no idea the letterbox was so close. Sorry for any confusion.

Our first cache hidden in an enjoyable area of Hines Park. The day the cache was placed (in winter) there was some muggle activity and the muggle factor should elevate in the warmer months. Coordinates were taken on a cloudy day but should be accurate to within 15 feet. Near the cache is ample parking, restrooms and a nice playscape. The cache container is a 6" x 9" 1.7 quart Lock N Lock. Original contents include small trade items, seasonal trade items and CITO bags. Enjoy!
