Sadly, I have to report that the cache rating for this one MUST be
changed because the cache guardian has decided to move on. Mark sat
on this bench for 7 years through snow, rain and 100° heat. One day
in May 2008, he just decided to move on. I am leaving the cache
page as it was originally written up... just in case he does
return. Read the note from Bosley for a link to the story of
Mark.
For some (the VERY lucky) this could be a P&G. For others it
will take a lot of patience and persistence to retrieve. It took me
2 WEEKS to place this cache.
You are looking for a Bison Tube hidden in a very standard way in a
very standard location. It is magnetic. There are no TRICKS to
finding it or retrieving it. The difficulty of the retrieval will
be (or hopefully should be) obvious.
DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY IDLE CONVERSATION TRYING TO EXPLAIN
GEOCACHING TO ANYBODY AT THIS LOCATION. NOBODY
CARES!! TO DO SO WILL ONLY COMPROMISE THE CACHE WHICH
WILL RESULT IN THE CACHE BEING ARCHIVED (or relocated).THERE
ARE NO 2ND CHANCES.
There are no hints... you do NOT need them. Do NOT attempt to
retrieve the cache if it appears hopeless. If it seems hopeless,
return and attempt this at a later time. Remember, it took me 2
WEEKS to place the cache. Please log your visit, or visits. I do
not anticipate ANY DNF's on this one, but I DO anticipate plenty of
notes to be logged describing attempts at retrieval.
