NRV/HARMONY Hybrid Traditional Cache

Having just done a HARMONY and some NRV caches recently I decided to put out a hybrid of the two.

A lot of autorouting GPSrs may have you stop on the side of an freeway or want you to drive off a bridge. H.A.R.M.O.N.Y. caches are dedicated to those people who end up relying on them too much. How Auto Routing May Only Nutify You caches are caches that you actually need to turn the auto-routing off and rely on your brain for a bit.

NRV stands for No Redeeming Value.
I have done quite a few of the NRV caches in the Tacoma area, a lot of those ended up in what I thought were neat locations.. Not so with with this one.. Don't do this at night, I probably wouldn't do it alone.
