A Georgeous View Traditional Cache

Scenic view through Crawford Notch of Mt. Washington.
The cache is located at a roadside pull-off along NH Route 302. It is a plastic container containing the usual "one man's junk is another man's gold" type of items.
Beware of muggles. When we were placing the cache, the parking lot was bustling and a bus load of tourists appeared! We waited a half hour as we explored possible hiding places and we had the place to ourselves. 10 minutes later, it was full up again.
This site contains a beautiful view (weather permitting) of Mount Washington as you look through Crawford Notch. If the view wasn't enough reason to check this out, now there's a cache to add to the excitement. There is a slightly faded information sign giving some geological and geographical details as well.
To find the cache, there is no need to go into, or to cross, the road. Keep a close eye on little ones when traversing the parking lot. Some drivers decide, as they're doing 65 mph, that this would be a good place to pull over.
