Geocache Description:


Hippopotamama has a bit of an obsessive personality. Right now, the obsession is caching. And PLACING caches. She can make it about 48 hours before the twitching starts. So here is another …. Just to keep her sane. (And give you guys something else to find!)

It’s a micro cache with NO trade items. (Log-only sized micro.)

And if you've done the others in the series you'll have a pretty good idea where this one is as you drive up.

The difference is ... when you log it, you have to share your dirty little secrets. This cache is hidden in a place all cachers go at some point and for the same reason - to fuel up. EVERYONE get gas for their cache-mobiles. But what else? For me it is a 64 oz diet soda with just a /little/ Dr. Pepper to take the Diet edge off. A good hike of a mile or more requires a cinnamon granola bar for me, the diabetic. The long roadtrip, however, REQUIRES a Stuckey's pecan log. The big one. No knock-offs, either. Has to be Stuckey's - and I know every gas station and truck stop within 50 miles of Raleigh that carries them, trust me! So what do you HAVE to have? (Besides the "Well-Equipped Geocacher's Standard Set-Up" in the REI catalog?) What do you consider the "essentials" for a day of caching? What sinful treat goes with you into the woods where no one but your teammates and the squirrels can see you eat it? Hmm?
