Tyholttårnet er et 124 meter høyt tårn i Trondheim. Det er et radio- og telekommunikasjonstårn som har en fantastisk utsikt over byen og dens omegn. Tårnet sto ferdig i 1985 og er blitt et svært populært turistmål. Utsiktspunktet ligger 75 meter over bakken og har en kafeteria uten kjøpeplikt. I etasjen over, 80 meter over bakken, ligger Norges eneste roterende restaurant, Egon Tårnet, som er blitt et populært spisested. Gulvet i restauranten roterer med en hastighet på 1 omdreining i timen. Tyholttårnet er åpent alle dager. Cachen er en enkel microcache som inneholder loggbok og blyant. The tower of Tyholt is a 124 meter high tower in Trondheim. It’s a radio- and telecommunicationstower which has a fantastic view over the town and surroundings. The tower was finished in 1985, and it’s been a very popular place for tourists. The point of view is 75 meters over the ground, and there is a cafeteria where you can bye something, but it is not necessary. In the top floor, 80 meters over the ground, there is a restaurant, Egon Tårnet, which is the only restaurant in Norway which is rotating. The floor in the restaurant has a speed of rotating with one in an hour. The tower of Tyholt is open all days. The cache is a simple microcache which contains a logbook
