Geocache Description:

While on holiday at Keurboomsstrand we discovered this beautiful place that begged for a cache hope you will enjoy it a much as we did. Please bring your own pen.

Park at S34 00.191 and E023 27.662.
Follow the boardwalk onto the beach. A casual stroll at low tide of about 800 meters will get you to the cache. Please note that you will not be able to reach the cache at high tide.

After finding the cache you will note a cave above the trees across the river to the West. This is the Matjies river archaeological site a well prepared path with steps will lead you to this cave. The coordinates for this path are S34 40.982 and E020 14.025
