No need to valet park, use the Oconee Clubhouse parking lot is free.
Take Linger Longer Rd/ left on Oconee Trail/ right on Cottage Cove. On days of special events access by vehicle close to the "arrive at" is restricted and shuttles are run from the parking lots at Publix.
