Located in Marty Snook Park, local to Hagerstown, Maryland
A large chain-link fence separates the park from the interstate highway, so please don't try to access this cache from the interstate. This park is a daylight only park, with locked gates to vehicular traffic during dark hours. This cache, if approached from Bower Avenue could have 24/7 access because it is near the entrance.
The last three digits in the coords, not a mistake, a coincidence!
From Ground Zero, one can look off in the distance and spot a wishing well. While you are there make a wish for happy caching days ahead. And from me to you, I wish you well!
