Located in a neighborhood park in South Arlington The cache is named for a man who worked with Arlington county to help establish the tot lot located there.
The cache is not located at the indicated coordinates, however there is at that location a bench. On the bench is a plaque dedicated to LWN. On the plaque is a date...use that date to determine the coordinates of the cache.
-to find the last three digits (38 51.xxx), add 4 to the date and divide the result by 13.
-to find the last three digits(077 05.xxx),subtract 16 from the date and divide by 2.4
