Geocache Description:

First and foremost, there are no hills of torture to climb. Just your standard skinny ammo can hidden along the bike trail but this area is religiously and historically significant. There is a red christmas card with a prize for the FTF.

There was another cache hidden nearby called Heavenly Toys R Us. It was hidden in a great place and was one of the first caches I found (I didn't even own a GPS yet) but due to the sacred nature of the place, it was forced into early retirement.

Because I want to continue to draw people to this great spot, I have placed this new cache off the significant property. In the old days the pilgrims disembarked from both canal boats and trains at this spot then walked up the Hill of Torture. I suggest that after you find the cache, wander up there yourself, especially in the summer or fall. There is a great view at the top and lots of history to see.

This cache is dedicated to Father Isaac and Kateri.
