In my youth I spent many a weekend in this park. As I don't get to
see the place very often any longer its up to you to take a trip
down memory lane on my behalf (photos always appreciated)
The cache is situated in what could be called the extreme
north-western corner of the park – in a little wooded
corridor leading from near the tennis courts to Markeaton Lane. Not
a route used by many people, as access from within the park is
hidden away behind a shelter made from the portico of the old
Markeaton Hall, and there’s no easy car parking on the lane.
The area can be muddy so wear suitable footwear.
