Geocache Description:

Located near the west side of the turnpike, Route 28 north, and Gulf Lab Road. (Turnpike bridge construction is complete and accessible from both ends of Gulf Lab.) It is a very easy hike from the turnpike and Henderson Cemetery. Just past the on ramp going west bound on the turnpike there is a pull off. The cache is only 150 yards. It is also 50 yards from the cemetery. If you bush whack it from Route 28 there are no good trails and is very rocky and is about a half mile.

The cache started out to be another that can be accessed from the turnpike. But it turned out that it can be accessed from 3 different locations.
Henderson Cemetery is a very old historical cemetery that dates back to the early 1800's. It clearly shows the legal immigration that has built this country. There are graves from the 1800's that are written in Russian and Polish. Others mention a persons nationalities of Irish and Scottish. There are people from the Civil War to World War II. I spent a long time after placing this cache, searching and learning the history that this cemetery shows. It was a very peaceful day and a peaceful place to be.
