Well this month's Meet and Eat
is kind of a double event; it's January, plus it's Ali Kat's
1 year Birthday Bash. And this months event will be all about
Border Crossing!!
First, all you Indiana Cachers will be crossing the border into
Michigan for this event. And to help shake off that chill in your
bones this event will be held in a restaurant dedicated to our
neighbors on the Southern Border.
Los Tequilas is a wonderful Mexican
Restaurant located at 32 Railroad St. Coldwater, Michigan. The
event will be held on Saturday January 20th, 2007 from 12:00pm
(noon) until whenever.
This restaurant is located in the old grainery for the railroad,
and has been various restaurants for a long as I can remember. The
interior has not been altered, as is quite lovely with the bare
timbers. Not to mention that the prices are excellent and the
owners don't believe in small portions. The most expensive thing on
the menu doesn't break $10 and I never leave without a "doggie
bag". And there is a bar for those who are interested.
So please cache your way to the Northern Border and warm your
bones the Southern Way. As always please include the number of
people who will be attending in your RSVP so we can get a good head
count for the restaurant, they might have to put us in a bigger
room.
