What?: Discussions of group stuff

What Time?: 6 - 8 pm
Where?: Fun Expedition in Johnson City, TN
Why?: To have another great time!
This event will be held at Fun Expedition in Johnson City, TN on
March 30th, 2007. This event is being called to discuss matters of
the TCG group such as:
- The group
coin
- The new group
merchandise
- The group
website
- The new policies
concerning cemeteries and other new geocaching
policies
- And anything else we think of
This will be a nice event lasting from 6 to 8 pm. There will be
idle chat, bug swapping and discovering, and anything else that we
usually do. Everyone is invited, Tri-Cities Geocachers member or
not. So, come on!
There are several "fun" packages available at Fun Expedition to
get more fun and bang out of your buck. They are:
- For $15
- 3 hours of video games
- 4 activites such as
- Laser tag
- Bumper cars
- Go-carts
- Putt-putt
- Miniature bowling
- For $20
- Everything included in the $15 dollar pakage
plus...
- A ticket to the buffet which includes pizza, salad, and tons of
other types of food
PLEASE NOTE: You do not have to purchase one of
these to get in to the meeting. Also, if you are just wanting to
eat, that is a separate charge. Something around 6 or 7 dollars. IF
you do not purchase anything, you will not be able to eat or drink.

We need your reservations if you want to purchase a package
before the event, which means we need the reservations before the
Friday of the event. Please contact us, packmaster4 via our email
address (packmaster4@yahoo.com) or our phone number (423-737-6351).
We need CONCRETE reservations. We are going to pay
for the tickets Friday morning and have to have exact reservations
by Friday as well. If you make a reservation and are unable to make
it, please let us know ASAP so we do not pay for a
reservation that isnt going to show up.
If you do not wish to purchase a "fun" package but still just
want to come, please post a will attend note indicating that you
are attending.
