Another quick grab and go just off the interstate just for you travelers looking for an excuse to break up the trip. Had to move this one due to muggling. It was UNDER the guard rail at the station across the street. The cache should not come UNDER as much suspicion now that it has been moved, but be stealthy anyway so to keep this one UNDER muggling radar. Some say you should think outside the BOX, but I like to think UNDER the BOX. You can park within a few feet of this one, and park in such a way as to block the cache from the road, therefore, not being UNDER scrutiny as you search. Someone could climb a POLE to keep a lookout as you search. Maybe I have not included too many GRAY areas in this description. If you don't have a good idea where to look by now, then I have UNDER estimated my ability to eliminate the GRAY areas that might BOX you in as you search. If so, just call me a POLEcat. Good luck.
