Love and Geocaching are in the Air! See the flowers bloom and
the bees buzz. What a lovely time to geocache! On February 3rd,
2007 bring your geo-hubby, geo-wife or geo-significant other and
enjoy a day of geocaching in North Houston.

10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
The day will include a variety of activities, including a
poker run, puzzle cache run, and the "Best Dressed Geocaching
Cupid", one prize for adult and one prize for child. Cupid Poker
Run (you do not want to miss this poker run. Also the Cupid that
"flew" the furthest to get to the event!!
DOOR PRIZES, DOOR PRIZES!! We received some special items
from some special places (and people) which will be given out on
the day of the event. The sponsors will be known upon your arrival
to event, so you don't want to miss it! I will give you one hint on
one sponsor -- Hogwildstuff, and you know what they sell. They were
very generous, so you do not want to miss out!
COIN TALK, COIN TALK!! We will set up a special table for
geocoin talking and trading. Bring your lists, coins to trade or
just plain old coin talk. The person who has the most coins a the
event will receive a "Special Prize" for having a large collection
and sharing with the rest of us. There will be also a show of path
tags, so if you want to see some up close come by the coin
table.Also, Georeynozos will be unveiling their Personal Coins, the
Chile Pepper coins. They will also be giving some away as door
prizes and also activating some to be set free in the worldwide
geocaching community.
KIDS GAMES, KIDS GAMES!! GPS Accuracy game (for kids only).
Lets see if the kiddos are really listening when mom and dad take
them for a day of caching. Also "Pin the Tail on the Geocaching
Cupid". There is also a play area for the kiddos.
FOOD, FOOD!!! We will be providing brisket, bread and tea but
I ask that all our geocaching buddies provide one side (or two!!)
for the event. Please let me know what sides you will be bringing.

Hardings: Greek Salad. Big Steves Crew - Heart Shaped Cake and

Night - Camp Fudge - yummy!! Texaspoohbear, Geek-Qualizer and
Breeze are bringing Chips and Dip, Deviled Eggs and Potato Salad -
complements brisket well!!
BE SURE TO......... Mark you calendars and RSVP, so I can let
the club know how many people will be at the event. Geo-dogs are
allowed, but they must remain on a leash and they are NOT allowed
to enter the club house. They must stay outside of the club
house.
