Welcome to Hamilton, almost the first cache as you arrive in the big metropolis :)
Easy to find, just have to look under and up, cache is sitting in place, please be sure to return it to its spot right out of harms way :)
There is no super stealth mode required for this cache, it is almost impossible for someone not to see you where you will stop.........
